Paul has more than 20 years of utility power engineering, operations and SCADA/RTU experience and fifteen additional years of private engineering in both power engineering, communications and microwave systems. Throughout his career he has provided engineering (field and design) and project development / implementation related to the electrical power systems, hardware, software, communication, and information systems. Paul is also a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.

He has extensive experience with power engineering studies including short circuit, relay coordination, load flow, power quality, harmonic analysis, thermal imaging analysis, grounding and lightning surveys, and commissioning services. In addition, Mr. Wood regularly performs feasibility, financial/economic analyses, Power Billing Analyses, Utility Rate/Tariff Analyses and Commercial/Industrial Electrical Systems design.
