Paul D. Gates (Chief Executive Officer)
has significant business experience in
telecommunication, information systems, energy, and power production. He has over
twenty years utility experience with project management and the integration of
hardware, software, communication, and information systems.
Rue S. Hestand IV, M.S.E.E. (President and Chief Operating Officer)
holds a
Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in
RF/Microwave Communications as well as minors in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Rue has over ten years of design and management experience in all phases of
communication technology including RF Engineering, antenna design, wireless,
and GPS, integration as well as extensive computer programming development in
those fields.
Paul W. Wood, B.S.E.E., (Controller)
holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in
Electrical Engineering. Paul has 10 years of experience in project engineering,
financial management and contract administration.
Kenneth R. BuShea, P.E. (Vice President)
is a professional
engineer with over 30 years of practical experience in engineering, construction
and project management. Ken is founder and chairman of TEAMWORKnet, Inc., (sister
company of MCIS, Inc.) a registered professional engineering company for the past
25 years.
Harry J. Tittel, E.E., (Senior Project Engineer)
has ten plus years of experience
with engineering studies including power distribution, lightning protection,
grounding systems, short circuit, relay coordination, load flow, power quality and
harmonic analysis.
Thomas E. Ashline, P.E., (Senior Project Engineer)
has significant experience with
detailed field engineering including project startup, system troubleshooting, and
final commissioning of engineering systems.
